It's taken me a while to find a concise response to your question of the "Antichrist" being human or Nephilim, but I did find a very interesting video by Rob Skiba which has a short audio clip by Tom Horn and Steve Quayle at the end.  Both have done extensive research and writings on the Nephilim of Genesis chapter 6.

I am one who does not believe that BO is the AC.  I also do not believe that Daniel 9:27 refers to the AC, either.  For me, "confirming the covenant with many" refers to what Jesus Christ did on the Cross of Calvary.  He confirmed the covenan! t of the OT for a Saviour for all mankind (the Lamb of God's final sacrifice)...see Galatians 3:17 for verification of this.  Jesus put a stop to all the sacrifices when the "veil of the Temple" was "rent in two"...see Matthew 27:51...and then complete destruction of the Temple in 70 AD.  Everything talked about in Daniel chapter 9, prior to verse 27, was about God and the Angel Gabriel, so I don't see how the antecedent of the "he" could be anyone but the Messiah (not the AC).  Also, "the PEOPLE of the prince that shall come" would be a PLURAL antecedent of the "he" if it seemingly referred to the AC....and that would not make good sense in English at all.

Since the "beast" is said to come out of the bottomless pit....Revelation 9:11 (another "9/11" warning?), I very much believe he will be a Nephilim...as in the days of Noah.  And h! e will be indestructible and unbeatable.  When I look at BO during all his vacations (golfing and such), he just doesn't put much fear or awe into me....but that's just my opinion.
