Hi Donna!
I
respect what you choose to believe on the matter of Eve
and the serpent. I
still feel it came from the Garden of Eden, when Satan
indwelt the serpent, and the seed-line of the serpent was
then the seed line that was carried forth through Cain.
We both agree that Satan
will indwell a man in the future that will become the
Anti-Christ, he will possess a human, and it will be Satan
in the flesh. Remember
Satan is a copycat, and even tries to get one up on God in
all his endeavors…how impossibly ignorant is that!!??
If
Cain is not the offspring of the seed of the serpent then
where else did the Serpent seed come from? What did God
tell the serpent, in Genesis 3:15,
“And I will put enmity
between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and
her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt
bruise his heel.”
This
would seem to indicate that the seed of the serpent is a
living human being.
I just cannot see what this
has to do with the fallen angels and the giants, at all. But as you
suggested, I will read what Pastor Bailey has to say, and
see where you are coming from on this conclusion.
Whatever, Donna, we can
agree to disagree, as in the end, it will not make a
difference in our salvation, and we are both just trying
to understand something we may never fully understand
until we get to know, all the aspects of what really
happened, when we get to heaven. I personally, am looking
forward to learning about and understanding every word
ever written by the Lord when we are with Him. Won’t that be
wonderful?! The
whole story is just so very AMAZING!!!
May we both keep looking
up!!

From reading

Riley's comments in it, I see that Pastor
Riley said, "Just as the Lord Jesus Christ became
embodied as “God in the flesh,” so the serpent’s “seed”
will also become embodied as “Satan in the flesh.”
Surely all true believers can grasp this truth, and
identify Satan’s “seed” as the coming Antichrist. The
inspired Word in Revelation 12:9 explicitly refer to
Satan as “that old [ancient] serpent…” Could it be
stated any plainer? In the Garden of Eden in Genesis 3,
Satan chose to enter into and possess the body of a
serpent as he worked out his deception of
Eve."
Pastor Riley
says nothing about Satan having sex with Eve while Satan
was inside the body of the serpent so that's where he
differs from what you believe so I don't understand why
in your post you said, "I was thrilled that
I found someone who saw it the same way I did, and
perhaps presented it better. "
I believe
Satan didn't have sex with Eve, but that some of the
fallen angels went into the daughters of men and
produced the giants. I also think that the
names "Dragon, old serpent, Devil and Satan" are all
names for Satan that are found in Rev. 20:2. Don't
forget that Satan entered into the body of Judas, but
you don't see the name Judas listed as one of Satan's
names in Rev. 20:2 so I personally still don't think
that Satan entered into the body of the serpent in the
garden of Eden to tempt Eve nor did he have
sex with her; I think the Serpent was Satan.
Pastor Riley
also stated, "But in this end-time in which we are
living today, Satan himself is going to enter into and
possess a woman in order to father a human “seed” in
which his own evil spirit will dwell."
I have often
wondered myself if Satan, the fallen angel, would have
sex with a woman one day to produce the antichrist since
Satan is not chained up under darkness until the
judgment day like some of the fallen angels are.
Please note that Pastor said that he thinks that "Satan
himself is going to enter into and possess a woman in
order to father a human “seed” in which his own evil
spirit will dwell." Pastor Riley doesn't say that
he thinks Satan is going to enter into a serpent or a
dragon, and that serpent and dragon with Satan inside
it is going to have sex with a woman to produce the
Antichrist.
