WOW! Try to tell that story to a non-believer. I read this several times and did not know what you were trying to say. I can just imagine it is another post of mixing faith with works as satan so cleverly has done. If I am wrong on what you are trying to say please tell me. It is real real real simple. even a child can understand.

"Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved".

 

God could not have made it more plain. A little piece of advise and I will quote Galations:

Galatians 1:6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

Galatians 1:7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

Galatians 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

It is not hard. Christians today have definite fallen away from the Gospel of Grace. They still do not think God did enough and find some way to "add" to it.
