Hi Frank
I do not want anyone to think I condone living a life of sin. I
do NOT. In fact I despise it. I hate sin. I do not like it if I
lose my temper and get angry or if I talk about a person when I
should not.
The point I am trying to make, and the Word of God agrees is
that I cannot sit up here thinking I am better than some other
Christian whom may be at this point in is life struggling with
some sin that I find easy to stay away from.I never want to
think I am better than someone else because then God will show
me differently.
I hope you understand what I am trying to say. Basically each
person has there own "thorn" to deal with. Until we get our new
bodies or until we die our own sinful nature is still with us.
If we feed the New Spirit Nature we have the power to live by
faith. We still sin but then the sin we do is not us but the old
flesh. If you will read Romans chapter 7 you will see what I am
talking about. Paul who wrote 13 epistles and he still struggled
daily with sin.
I hope this makes sense
thanks
