"Paul N.F.   Response to "Not afraid to die""

Dear Paul,

I have noticed how your posts always tend to give guidance to others and how you try to help lead others to the straight gate of Jesus love! My friend, your post about Jim Sepulveda brought me to tears! The very first post I read, and I had not even finished my morning coffee, my mind was taken back to when I was 30 years old. I am now 52. I was working a very stressful job and going to tech school for electrical engineering full time. I smoked and drank beer twice a week----a binge drunk. I had 2 little ones and a wife to support, my first marriage of 24 years.

I started having shortness of breath. My doctor scheduled a treadmill test at the hospital. I lasted 30 seconds and went into ventricular fibrilation. Off to the cath lab for angioplasty. Jesus put everything right there in perspective, I was scared to death. I knew I was saved, but I had been wrestling with my beliefs that I did not fit into the mold of modern day Christendom and what the churches were doing, so I was very alone. I had a 95% blockage in my LDA. They balloned it back open. My doctors MADE me drop out of tech school. Three weeks later, after I had gone back to work, I told my 2 co-workers on the 3rd shift, I'm done, goodby. I quit and started my own handyman business. The first 6 monthes I made more than I made all year, in any year, up to that time. My life was changed, to keep me alive for a purpose, a purpose I knew in my heart, from the Lord, that I had to do.

Seven more years went by, and I had a heart attack in the office where I was working. They called an ambulance. I was dieing, turning gray, but miraculously still conscious. The medics got there and put oxygen on me and I began to come back. This time, I was facing bypass surgery and open heart. Another doctor offerred me an alternative of a minimal through the chest procedure operation to bypass the blockage by using the left mammory gland vein. I did not have to have my heart stopped. Anyway, right before the operation, my wife and children came into my room and I started crying. Before they wheeled me off to surgery, I cryed out to the Lord to save my life and I would let him have it for whatever he wanted me to do with it. I did not want to leave my family without their daddy. I grew up without knowing my dad and did not even meet him until I was 17, so it was something of very much importance to me to raise my kids to adulthood and not abandon them. This was the first thing that the Lord showed me, he wanted me to finish what I had started and be there for my family. I have always called Jehovah my father and thought of Jesus as my saviour. He is a very strict father and demands attention, but very loving and gentle when needed.

I have to keep wiping my eyes while typing this but I will continue.

I used to be afraid to die but now I am only afraid of the process of dieing. Dieing slowly left me unable to even go to the doctors office for over 6 monthes without having a panic attack and reliving the experience. I could not even talk about it or I would start having the experience all over again. I had quit drinking and smoking 30 days before my first angioplasty when I was 30 years old. My health has been up and down since the bypass, weight wise, but I keep working. Lately I have contiplated selling my business and committing the rest of my days to reaching out to everyone I can, through our Lord, in order to bring them into the fold, in whatever way I can help. I feel the calling is imminent and have been shown miraculous things, by Jesus Christ, over the last 7 years.

The funny thing is, Paul, my entire life I have hated this world and the way it makes us live in it, and not respected my life. I have known the TRUTH for a LONG time, and living in this cesspool called Babylon, causes me depression and sadness. As time goes by, the urgency of warning others is racing faster and faster to the climax. I want it to be over, and get to the beauty of life under our Lord's ways in the mellinium, and eternity thereafter.

So now Paul, I fight the good fight against the darkness and principalities of this world. I no longer fear death, but fear the deception that Satan is pulling over on the church and the entire world, and pray for God to help me do what it is that I have been spared to do in this fight. I have come to call this web site my church and my family in the Lord. I sometimes feel that this is the avenue that Jesus wants me to use to communicate his TRUTH to his flock. So that is what I will do.

Thank you Paul, and John Tng,

for being you!

Amen, Alleluia,

Michael
