"Donna Danna - Enoch"
Sure Donna,
Enoch 1:1-2 The words of the blessing of Enoch, wherewith he
blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the
day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless are to be
removed.
Enoch here states in the very beginning of his book, that he
shall be living in the day of tribulation. I've always
interpreted that as he is identifying himself as one of the two
witnesses who shall be alive during this period. The other of
course everybody knows is Elijah. There is a debate on whether
the second is Moses, or Enoch. I am believe it is Enoch, for
several reasons. Enoch like Elijah was taken up into heaven, and
like Elijah, he's never died.
Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not
see death; and was not found, because God had translated him:
for before his translation he had this testimony, that he
pleased God.
Secondly, Enoch 1:1-2 pretty much settled it for me, in my mind.
Of course there will be those who disagree with me on this, and
that is fine.
God Bless
