It is no surprise that Obama would call for judicial restraint and conservativism for his Obamacare, pointing out that is what the Conservatives have been calling for while supporting judicial activism (not continuing to litigate supporting DOMA for example) everywhere it rears up its ugly head in the marriage, family and procreation issues etc.
