"Clay's inspirational message"

That was a great piece you posted. Last week an old friend of mine committed suicide. She had other problems as well, but my family knows that her developing Crohn's disease four years ago had to have played into that decision. She had been hospitalized numerous times and her meds made her feel awful. My daughter is about as healthy as a Crohn's sufferer can be (thank You, Lord!) but when I told her of Leslie's death, simply said, "I'm glad I'm not in that place anymore." It serves as a reminder that we often have no idea how another person is suffering.

We all need this kind of encouragement, even if we don't have a chronic illness, so I really appreciate the post. By the way, I have email subscriptions to devotionals from Joni, David Wilkerson, and a man named Boyd Bailey that I found through our local Christian store. His site is Wisdom Hunters, and I often post quotes from his very practical, down-to-earth writing on Facebook. Many of even my non-Christian friends like it.
