Doesn't the Lord has a sense of Humor....I couldn't remember all who wrote those words of encouragement but the 2 I do is, Mike P and Patti C.....kind of rhymes huh!   I have submitted things occasionally in the past, but haven't really known if they were read because afterwards, there wouldn't be much in the way of comments.  I feel blessed his time for many reasons.  It could be in that a tangle of thought was straightened out, or that those I shared with felt the spirit behind the posting was one of encouragement, than you were right.  How much profit we forfeit if we ignore the role of being an encourager.   We forget sometimes that our teacher is the Holy Spirit, searching out and showing us the things of the Son and the things of the Father.  It is always done through God's attribute of love and yet sometimes we forget that when we wish to share what we believe the Lord has shown us.  The attitude of Love sometimes gets misplaced in the excitement of discovery...or we feel the need to defend God when a "truth" is misrepresented with the forcefulness of our words and often times with hostility.  Imagine that-  we try to defend God.  That is like an ant trying to defend my home. - So the most effective thing we can do, is be faithful to what we believe the Lord has called us to.  The fact that our understanding in regards to this calling will change as we grow and mature, is a given.  Therefore I try not to be impatient with the Lords time table of discovery in others.  May the Lord continue to grant you His wisdom and understanding in the days we yet have here on this earth.
