Dear MathMan your post http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/apr2012/mathman426.htm was quite a nice surprise for me! There are several reasons for my silence: 1) Beginning of March, I started a new job as programmer in a new company. I have to get up early in the morning and in the office I have nearly no time during work to visit fivedoves or similar sites. In best case I can go to the toilet about 15min per day and use my android phone to 'scan' the daily headlines and read one or 2 posts. At home in the evening, my wife and 3 boys are waiting and deserve my full interest. Only after that I really have time to spend with the Lord, and I usually prefer reading one or two chapters in the Bible before I eventually go online. But in most cases, I am just really tired and go to sleep. 2) I was and still am a firm believer in Ron Reeses 2008 - 2015 timeline. But April 11th did not fulfill my personal expectations and I have to admit that I am a bit confused. Fact is, I don't understand what's going on and where we really are on the timeline. Is the Lord just tarrying as he said? I decided to simply keep on waiting until after Pentecost. Pentecost is (every year) equally interesting as Feast of Trumpets, regardless of a specific timeline. I even installed an android app to count the omer correctly every day! 3) I love fivedoves and nowhere else have I gained more understanding in the word of God than on this website. I also love your comparison that it is like a box of pralines - you never really know what you get when you pick the next post! HAH! That's really what it is. However, chocolate is a bit addictive and too much chocolate (without supply of other healthy food with vitamines etc.) is not healthy. So that's why I decided that I need a little rest and more self-discipline and that my limited time is best spent on praying, reading the Bible directly or doing other (practical) things in my local environment for the kingdom of God. In any case Jesus (and not the rapture) is my blessed hope and I am loving him and waiting for him together with all fellow doves every single day and I pray to be considered worthy (Luke 21:11!) to escape all the things that will come to pass! Abba father, please have mercy on us all and please help us to be ready to stand before your son, the son of man! Watch & Pray! Maranatha! YBIC, Josua
