Having a young son, my wife and I have researched this to make sure we did the right thing.  On vaccines, we left out the MMR vaccine, and we won't give him any flu vaccines.  The MMR vaccine includes fetal tissue from aborted babies.  So, it may be that which causes autism.  Speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised.  It's sin.
