"Gino re" Genesis 1:2"
Hi Gino,
Revelation 11:15 "And the seventh angels sounded; and there were
great voices in heaven , saying, The kingsoms of this world are
become the kingdomes of our Lord, and of his Christ: and he
shall reign for ever and ever."
Reading the above scripture does imply more to come.
Even though we know that there was a need to accomplish His
Sacrifice on the cross to Redeem our souls, it wasn't all
finished as far as the earth was concerned. It was the
very thing that disappointed the Jews because they expected
their Messiah to gain control of the land and become their
physical king but He didn't, did He? He came the first
time for the spiritual aspect of setting men's souls free for
any that would call upon Him.
But at the sound of the seventh angels, the kingdome is once
again His; thus Gino, doesn't this imply that Satan is the king
of this world still and is known as the Prince of the Air (that
which is of the first heaven surrounding our expanse)?
When Adam, whom was given "kingship" over the earth blew it, he
gave that right back to Satan, whom had it at first, after he
and his angels were thrown out of the heavan occupied by Our
God. Yes, Jude verse 6 speaks about where his angels have
been imprisoned but remember Satan is not there. Those
fallen angels are there, their off-spring of those between
Fallen Angels and mankind who have died are there.
The spirits of those that have died, whom are called
demons, still wander the earth to get another home to
possess. The gospel is full of that message.
Why does the Word of God say that we are in this world but not
of this world? If it was all completely finished in the
physical earth department, then we wouldn't have to steer clear
of him and his wiles, right?
Enoch also speaks of these Fallen Angels, whom resided at Mt.
Hermon, in Israel, whom asked him to intervene on their
behalf to be let back into God's heaven and the Great I Am said
"NO". In other words, "they made their bed, let them sleep
in it". (paraphraised for sure)
Gino, I believe we have so little understanding about the
vastness of God's Universe that include many planets and stars
that we have trouble accepting that Satan could actually have
rulership over earth. The angels have their places to
which they have been assinged to them to keep this universe
going as Jehovah God created it. The Book of Enoch gives
excellent accounts of what he was shown in that vaste
domaine. I believe he even spoke of there being Seven
Heavens. The first sin was the sin of Rebellion when
those angels did not come when they were called but followed the
biggest of Rebels of all, Lucifer, whom saw he just might be
able to be like God.
Jesus certainly didn't contest that right with Satan that he
could give him all of this (earth) but answered in Luke
4:8, "And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee
behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord
thy God, and him only shalt thou serve".
Satan had the physical earth but he did not have the worship he
desired. And this struggle between physical and spiritual
goes on until that final battle.
