I must take issue with this, it was not because of
IRAN OIL EMBARGO AND SANCTIONS TAKING EFFECT!!!! as Jay states
 
It was because tanker drivers were threatening a strike as they want better pay and hours, everything is 'back to normal' now in 'Great' Britain thanks to our Conservative (Republican) Government
