Dear Brother in Christ -
there have been "no letters" on the Five Doves website for two days in a row and for several days before, also.  I am concerned that you may be fatigued with the delay in our call Home.  Are you alright?  As a watcher for many decades, i would like to encourage you.  Hope deferred maketh the heart sick -- this is true.  However, our longing hearts will be satisfied -- this we know is also true.  While we endure these dark hours -- lonely, wating, longing -- we are comforted in sharing the hopes, visions, and perceptions of other like-minded believers.  your labor in this is unique.  only on "five doves" do we have a single, daily posting of current thoughts.  postings that are full of intriguing possibilities and hopeful suggestions, unity in the faith, and the fellowship of the Spirit.  postings from ordinary people like me and from magnificent scholars like J. Bramlett, Ron Reese, F. Riley, Luis Vega, and countless others, plus links to other fascinating material.  thank you for maintaining the Five Doves website.  Thank you for the articles and the letters.  Please accept my heartfelt sympathy that we are not yet called Home ... and please excuse me if i am mistaken in the motives for "no letters."    I leave you with these thoughts: let this not be true of us. "... because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold."   (Matt 24:12), but rather let our faith, which is much more precious than gold (I Peter 1:7)  be durable and multiplied unto the praise and honor and glory of our LORD Jesus Christ.
