Replacement theology that stipulates that the Jews were replaced with the Church is bogus!  Reverse replacement theology is the notion that the Book of Matthew is written only to the Jews, and not also for the Church is also bogus!

 

The Gentiles were grafted into the Olive Tree thereby making them eligible for the gift of Salvation from the Lord which most of the Jews rejected, but not all the Jews.  Therefore, the Church is today made up of mostly Christian Gentiles along with some Christian Jews who have become believers also.

 

Therefore, All the Books of the New Testament of the Word of the Lord Jesus, including Matthew, are written for all the believers in Jesus Christ whether Jew or Gentile. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile now.

 

Acts 15:9

"and made NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN Jew and Gentile, purifying their hearts by faith."

 

Romans 10:12

"For there is NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN Jew and Gentile, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him."

 

Those who believe that Matthew was written only for the Jews have their argument with the Word of God, not me!
