There are 9 justices.
Ginsberg: consistently
liberal
Sotomayor: consistently liberal
Kagan: consistently liberal and is in
violation of "conflict of interest" on this matter
Breyer: usually liberal to centrist
Kennedy: moderate to conservative
Alito: consistently conservative
Roberts: consistently conservative
Scalia: consistently conservative
Thomas: consistently conservative
Now, Obama doesn't have to worry about Ginsberg,
Sotomayor or Kagan -- of course they will vote the communist
party line. Kennedy can go either way and it won't
surprise me if he supports it. The one justice on the
Obama side who they aren't sure about is... Breyer.
Breyer can go either way. Remember the
burglary incident at Breyer's vacation home
recently? I strongly believe that that was to send a
message to Breyer and possibly Kennedy as well. Obama
is a thug and that's giving thugs a bad name!!!
