Dear Doves,
I was reading Psalm 109 last week and
something just stood out to me. I don't know why I didn't notice
before, but it is there all along. As you know Psalm 109 contains the
hidden prophecy pointing to the revealing of the antichrist in
2009. I was thinking, if the rapture were to happen this year, surely
the Lord must have concealed it there in Psalm 109 as well.
The verse that struck me as 'odd' is Ps 109:23. The first half of this verse is intriguing to say the least: "I am gone like the shadow when it declineth".
Ponder with me the first three words of the verse: I AM
GONE. Isn't this a perfect description of a raptured saint? He is
simply GONE, vanished into thin air, disappeared like the shadow when
it declineth, as no trace (no shadow) of him will be found. When Jesus
comes, all shadows flee away. But a great darkness shall descend upon
the Earth when the children of light are no longer around to let their
light so shine before men.
Song 2:17
"Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether."
The phrase 'I am gone'
intrigued me; I decided to search for all scriptures that contain the
phrase, and found five verses: Ex 9:29, 1 Kings 18:12, Job
19:10, Ps 109:23, & Dan 10:20.
The first clue that got me
all excited is 1 Kings 18:12, a verse that is found in the context of Elijah's first
confrontation with King Ahab. When Elijah went to confront Ahab, the king sent Obadiah, his governor, to meet Elijah. This was
what Obadiah said to Elijah after a brief exchange of words, "And it shall
come to pass, as soon as I am gone from thee, that the Spirit of the LORD shall carry thee whither I know not; and so when I come and tell Ahab, and he cannot find thee, he shall slay me: but I thy servant fear the LORD from my youth." (1 Kings 18:12)
Reading the above scripture, one can almost sense the rapture leaping off the page! Bear in mind Elijah is
the second raptured saint after Enoch and his rapture is recorded in
detail unlike Enoch's. Is the Psalmist hinting that we will be gone in
2009 just like Elijah who was taken up in a chariot of fire by a whirlwind
into heaven? The phrase, I AM GONE, linking both Ps 109 and the Elijah account, is compelling evidence for a 2009 rapture.
But
there are other exciting clues, too. The phrase, "I am gone", first appears in Ex 9:29. Here we read of Moses telling
Pharaoh at the end of the seventh plague, "As soon as I am gone
out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the
thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou
mayest know how that the earth is the LORD's."
Thus, the first
two appearances of the phrase, "I am gone", pertain to the two
witnesses -- Moses and Elijah, who shall come after the rapture! Moses represents "the dead in Christ" who shall rise first, and Elijah represents "we which are alive and remain", and who "shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air" (1 Th 4:16-17).
In other words, we shall be GONE.
The
third scripture is no less intriguing. It describes Job the righteous,
who suffered a great deal in the flesh. Job 19:10 says, "He hath destroyed me on every side, and I am gone: and mine hope hath he removed like a tree."
The first half of the verse is similar in description to Paul's suffering, "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;" (2 Cor 4:8-9).
Job 19:10 also reminds us of the rapture intimated by prophet Isaiah in Isa 57:1, "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come."
Righteous
Job intimates that the righteous saints shall be GONE, taken away from
the evil that is to come, kept from the tribulation.
Skipping
Ps 109:23, let us consider Dan 10:20, the last scripture that
contains the phrase, "I am gone". Here the archangel Gabriel told
Daniel after he withstood the prince of Persia 21 days (the archangel
Michael came to his aid) that "when I am gone
forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come." Indeed, the war in heaven
was still taking place at the time of his conversation with Daniel, "Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I
return to fight with the prince of Persia".
Is Gabriel hinting
that a future war in heaven will break out around the time of the
rapture when the Lord Jesus shall come and snatch the
bride away from the domain of the prince of the air and
basically declare war on Satan and his horde?
Finally, we are
left with Psalm 109:23 to consider -- the scripture that implies that
we shall be gone in 2009. The second half of this verse uses a Hebrew word
which is not clear in the KJV, "I am tossed up and down [H5287: na'ar; shake 4, shake out 3, overthrow 2, toss to and fro 1, shake off 1] as the locust." The main idea of the word, na'ar, involves shaking,
which is definitely present in the act of tossing to and fro. However,
the last appearance of this word (the 11th occurrence) in Isa 52:2
makes it clear that it can also refer to the resurrection or the
rapture -- a shaking that ultimately sheds off our mortal shell!
Isa 52:1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
Isa 52:2 Shake [na'ar] thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
As for the locust, it is the Lord's army recorded in Joel 2:11! That is you and me!
The Bride
Will
she be gone in 2009? Most doves believe that the removal of the saints
and the revealing of the antichrist follow closely one after another.
We have six more months to go before the end of 2009, a long enough
period of time for both events to happen.
I shall leave you with the following evidence based on the Hebrew gematria:
OBAMA = 55
BRIDE = 55 (kallah)
I AM GONE = 55 (see link)
May we be gone this year!
