"Who knows the day or the hour?"

I’m curious about something.  The Bible says, “No one knows the day or hour, not even the angels in heaven.”  [I will set aside for the moment, the fact that this is a well-known metaphor for Rosh Hashanah, and Jesus was speaking to the Jews, not gentile Christians who didn’t even exist yet.]  Well, the angel has told Benjamin, “the date has been revealed, the angels are celebrating”, God is sending angels to the earth to warn us.

God told Noah 7 days in advance, He told no one else.  Noah broadcast to the world, but nobody listened to him, they scoffed at him because it had never rained before.  Lot told his sons-in-law; they thought he was joking.

Where is it written in the Bible how far in advance God will tell Jesus, “Go get my children?”  It DOES NOT SAY, “only 7 days in advance, like Noah”.  Will it be one day?  One hour?  At the last instant?  Please show me where that is written.

I believe that God IS sending the word out early, because the consequences are so devastating.  God is not willing that anyone should perish.  It grieves Jesus deeply that the people He loves so much that He died for them, must be killed.  He still intercedes for them.  But time is up.  I have heard this from many prophets of God:  TIME IS UP.  God is about to destroy the whole world, and BILLIONS of souls will go to Hell, then the lake of fire, forever.

God is sending His message to His children through many methods:  Dreams, visions, words of knowledge, signs in the heavens, great weather changes on earth, devastating heat waves, snow in summer and heat waves in winter, crop failures, famines, new and old diseases and epidemics resurfacing, huge earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, record tornadoes and hurricanes, and MANY other signs that the End is here.  Why not continue sending the message via another method of communication:  through angelic messengers of God?  Is that incomprehensible?

It is written in Revelation 22:6  “The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.”  THAT is the character of God.  Throughout the Bible, in the Old Testament, God has sent angels to instruct, warn and prophesy to the people.  Has this ended now?  There is nothing new under the sun.  If you want to know what God will do in the future, look at what He has done in the past.

GOD DOES NOT SUCKER-PUNCH HIS CHILDREN, HE WANTS ALL TO COME TO HIM THROUGH THE SAVING KNOWLEDGE OF HIS SON JESUS CHRIST.  God loves His people, He wants EVERYONE to come home to Him.  He is calling us every way He can, and some people want to throw out the messages from angels by nit-picking them to death.
