ODD – rev 2:10 was my verse for my confirmation proceedings. and it was true for me I had tribulation as it were in school from 2nd grade through 11th 10 years, or ten days if you count 1 day=1 year.

"In the world YOU WILL HAVE TRIBULATION; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Revelation 2:10
"Do not fear any of those things which YOU ARE ABOUT TO SUFFER. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and YOU WILL HAVE TRIBULATION TEN DAYS. Be faithful until death, and I WILL GIVE YOU THE CROWN OF LIFE."

All believers will be raptured at exactly the same time whether in prison or not, whether living or not. We will not have to suffer more than ten days of tribulation. The tribulation will be SHORTENED BY THE RAPTURE ONLY FOR THE ELECT. The left-behind will continue in the tribulation on earth.

For us to suffer "tribulation ten days" while we wait to be raptured is so little in comparison to what Jesus suffered for us!
