Some have said that the ancient Jews counted partial days as whole days thus 2 hours on a Saturday counted the same as 24 hours (thus part of a day and then a whole day would count as two days not one day and X amount  of hours). Would that extent to months like if a person was to reign for 12 months and they started on the 28th of Sept would they be counted as having reigned 12 months if they stop reigning on the 2nd of august the next year??? literally the time span is only 10 months and about 4+ days depending on the exact hour. But he does reign in all of ten months and part of two so did he reign 12 months????
