Dearest friends & family, I do not know Carol personally,
but I've followed her work for 3 years and she is very dear to
me and the art community. Maybe you will want to donate -
that is NOT why I'm sending this. It is just so horrifying
and so possible to happen to ANY ONE OF US!!!! The video
is amazing. Please check out the article that Karin has
provided and watch the video. This art community is very
close and very protective of one another. Just last year,
one of our artists had a devastating stoke and you wouldn't
believe the way the community rallied around her. I'm
relieved to say, she is back painting now! Another
artist's best friend was paralyzed in an auto accident and we
get updates on her recovery. It warms my heart to know
that in this world, a group of like-minded "strangers" can form
a community and care for and about one another. See,
sitting at a computer to make friends isn't all that bad! Ha!
Ha! Well, thanks for looking and I know we all can relate
to this and say a prayer for Carol, her community and each
other.
Thanks,

Help for our Good Friends

A shout-out to the artists community - Carol and David Marine
and their son lost their home in a fire on Sunday. Their entire
subdivision was wiped out, up to 300 homes. I hear they are all
safe, that's great news.
A close family friend, Jennifer, has organized a fund to
immediately assist Carol & David - please click here for the
details and give what you can to help this family get back on
their feet.
~ Thank you all
