I just thought about how this possible "postal default" is a very good attempt at them to stop delivering mail and make everything electronic.   You know because they cannot READ the mail and because CHECKS go in the mail.   The beast system is coming!

They won't allow UPS and FedEx to deliver the mail.   Why is that?
