There are two Raptures and two groups of raptured saints. The First-Trump Rapture of I Thess 4:16,17 takes place in Rev 4:1, before Christ is given the seven-sealed book in Rev 5:7. Those saints are out of all nations, and THEY ALL SING THE NEW SONG before the first seal is broken.Rev 5:9,10 says, "And they (i.e., all the saints out of all nations who were caught up in the First-Trump Rapture) sung a NEW SONG, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed US to God by thy blood OUT OF EVERY KINDRED, AND TONGUE, AND PEOPLE, AND NATION; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on (epi, on or over) the earth."Some think the "four and twenty elders" sing the NEW SONG, but the elders are all of Israel. They are the 12 patriarchs and the 12 apostles of Israel. At the first Rapture, the saints that sing the New Song are out of every nation. The Last-Trump Rapture of I Cor 15:51-54 takes place in Rev 7:9,14, on the Day of God's Wrath (Rev 6:17) at the end of the shortened Great Tribulation. At that time only the 144,000 Israelites can sing the NEW SONG.Rev 14:1-5 says, "And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb (i.e., Jesus) stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. 2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: 3 And they (i.e., the 144,000) sung as it were a NEW SONG before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and NO MAN COULD LEARN THAT SONG BUT THE HUNDRED AND FORTY AND FOUR THOUSAND, which were redeemed (i.e., raptured) from the earth. 4 These are they which were not defiled with women (often a symbol for false religions); for they are virgins (i.e., not part of the False Prophet's religion. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God."There are ranks in the First Resurrection. 1Cor 15:22,23 says, "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order (tagmati, rank): Christ (the Firstfruit, 30 AD) the firstfruits (saints of the two Raptures); afterward they (the sheep) that are Christ's at his coming" (i.e., at the Second Advent).Mt 25:31-34 says, "When the Son of man shall come in his glory (i.e., at the Second Advent), and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand (i.e., the sheep), Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world".Nu 10:2-4 is a type of the two Raptures. It says, "Make thee TWO TRUMPETS of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying (massa, DEPARTURES, i.e., Raptures) of the camps. 3 And when they shall blow with them (plural, i.e., both), all THE ASSEMBLY shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. 4 And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes (i.e., the 12 patriarchs and the 12 apostles), which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall GATHER THEMSELVES UNTO THEE." (See Rev 4:4).CALLED TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN HEAVENHeb 12:22-25 says, "ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 To the GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND CHURCH OF THE FIRSTBORN, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect (i,e. made immortal at the time of the Last-Trump Rapture), 24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. 25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven".Re: the first DEPARTURE, the First-Trump Rapture, 2 Thess 2:3 (Geneva) says, "Let no man deceiue you by any meanes: for that day (i.e., Day of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a DEPARTING (i.e., the First-Trump Rapture) FIRST, and that that man of sinne (the False Prophet) be disclosed, euen the sonne of perdition". Thus, the First-Trump Rapture has to take place before the False Prophet sits in the Temple as if he is God Mid-Trib.> > It is not a mystery when the wrath begins either. It begins with the opening of the seal judgments and the four horsemen of the Apocalypse are released at Rev 6:1.God's wrath doesn't start at Rev 6:1, the beginning of the 2300-day Tribulation (Dan 8:13,14), it starts at Rev 6:17, the end of the 2300 days. The first seal is opened at Rev 6:1, but the Day of God's Wrath doesn't begin until the 6th seal is broken, Rev 6:17.Rev 6:12-17 says, "I beheld when he had opened the SIXTH SEAL, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; 13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. 14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH HAS COME."When the Day of God's Wrath arrives, the Last-Trump Rapture will take place, as seen in Rev 7:9,14. After that, there will be silence in Heaven and Earth while Jesus is being seated as judge at the Judgment Seat of Christ.Re the silence in Heaven, Rev 8:1 says, "And when he had opened the SEVENTH SEAL, there was SILENCE IN HEAVEN about the space of half an hour."Re the silence on Earth, Hab 2:20 says, "the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the EARTH KEEP SILENCE before him."Rev 8:2-7 tells us what happens next on the Day of God's Wrath. It says, "I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given SEVEN TRUMPETS (i.e., trumpets of judgment). 3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. 5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth (representing Satan's asteroid Wormwood, Rev 8:11, that will impact Earth): and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake (i.e., the worldwide earthquake of Eze 38:18-20). 6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. 7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up."
