Thank you Carol!  The Blood of the Lamb.

I just slapped my head with a V8 juice can!!  For those not in the United States, it's a commercial we have running - it's a blended vegetable juice in a soda can - that is what they do in the commercial when they realize they could have gotten their three servings of vegetables just my having a V8 juice.

The Blood of the Lamb though is WAY WAY  better than V8 juice.  I just meant I slapped my head because I 'forgot' to mention it.
