I've read something that may bless you, as it has me!  :)

Now, English is not a very expressive language, in some ways--(too few nuances or shadings of meaning) The translation has been less exact at times--

The Greek for this passage (Heb 13:5) is better translated:

"I will never, no never, no NEVER leave you or forsake you"

Our Lord gave this promise a triple-emphasis!

Whether we stay here a while longer (not my 1st choice) or go with Him very soon (Yes!!)
He has promised us that He'll be with us--
Hallelujiah!
Come quickly, Lord Jesus!
