"husband's name?"

Coleman, Jewish?
Cole can be a prefix.  It is lsited in link below.  Many Jewish names end with "man"  In the past I know I've run across that name in other links showing sur names of Jewish families.  I don't have the time today to find it but here is one where it is not listed in it's entirety.  I, too, am Jewish, yet my surname is not listed here.
Hollis, does your husband or you have RH negative blood type?  That seems to be most dominant among the Jewish people.  In the British Isle countries, most are RH O negative.  RH negative blood has a special compound that cannot be duplicated from anything here on earth and is believed to be of divine or heavenly composition.  But since so many Jews have inter-married, it doesn't eliminate a person if it is not RH negative.  It just means that both sides of the family do not have it, just one.  Hope this helps.
