    Thank you Ruthann for your post. It inspired me to research the different time zones, sunsets, and civil twilight's.
Dr. David Owour does have a meeting in Gnarp, Sweden. The first thing I noticed when I wikipediaed it was there was no information on it except it's population of 999 and I found that odd. It is a well known fact though that 9 is the number of completion, the end. There are many corporations that use a series of 9's to designate the end. The reason you asked I percieve is the vision Dr. Owour had of the rapture happening during one of his meetings. His first meeting is Sept. 29th 2011 at 7:00 p.m. that is 11:00 a.m. Chicago, 12:00 noon New York , and 6:00 p.m. Jerusalem time all on the 29th. Jerusalem time does start the next day at sunset 6:27pm. that is a 27 minute window. A few years ago A fellow Dove, Sam Orlando said there was an idiom ( my favorite idiom is for Rosh Hashana, no one knows the day or hour) for when the sun is 6% past the horizon in civil twilight ( the twinkling of an eye) this last 23-25 minutes depending on what day it is. It ends at 6:52pm. on the 29th. So if one believes Dr Owour is a prophet and this Rosh Hashana in the rapture finally and it happens during his meeting as he says then here we have it:

Chicago .... Sept. 29, 2011 11:00 am. to 11:27 or 11:52 am
New York...Sept. 29, 2011 12:00 noon to 12:27 or 12:52 pm.
Jerusalem....Sept. 29, 2011   6:00 pm. till 6:27 or 6:52 pm.

ps When you google civil twilight you get a group of singers from S. Africa called Civil Twilight and their music is much like the early u2 songs and this group is singing for the Glory of the Lord. A great list to.
