Good point on Faith!

It reminds of the idea that 'anyone who believes in God is Christian', and even those who 'believe in Jesus' are 'saved'. I remember when I was first leaning toward Christianity...I wanted what my then boyfriend/now husband had. I'd always wanted what my church going friends had growing up, just never knew exactly how to get it.

When Tom (my hubby), told me that he could not be 'unevenly yoked', and that he'd only marry a Christian, I was afraid of losing him, so my first steps were selfish. The thing is, Satan saw the 'danger' of losing me, and sent all kinds of 'attacks'...the thing is, it sorta backfired on him! It made me see that what I was seeking was REAL!

I admit that I was a 'Christian in name only' when we married, I 'believed', I'd 'given my life' to Christ...but it was a true conversion experience in that first year that made my walk true and real. And it was an act of FAITH that tipped the scale.
