Just like "ghosts", I believe that UFOs and "aliens" are just masquerading spirits bent on fooling us. They are always around, but seem to be more active during stressful times, important dates (like the Feast days, or other Christian Holidays), and when we are feeling weak and worn.

I also notice, from personal experience that different types of activity takes place around the time of earthquakes. Science has shown that the energy released during an earthquake can actually affect the human brain and cause these type manifestations. It is similar to what astronauts have experienced in space. Depending on their mindset, they've 'seen' either 'angels', 'aliens' or 'demons'. It's really just a stimulation of a part of the brain, but it can seem so real. (and don't think that Satan won't use a natural reaction for his purposes).

Since I've had a past in the occult, I was curious about all these new 'ghost hunter' type tv shows. One show has guys who were plumbers who got started investigating the paranormal because they'd always hear stories about people thinking their houses were 'haunted'. They'd show them that the EMFs in their homes, or areas of their homes were high (due to wiring/water pipes, etc)...those electromagnetic fields can cause all those feelings of anxiety, fear, paranoia, sometimes even hallucinations and in my case, 'night terrors'.

Now, considering that when the Rapture and the Sudden Destruction come, we are bound to have earthquakes (I personally think the mere action of the Resurrection of the Dead in Christ is going to cause such an impact on our whole existence...the 'matter' that makes up everything around us, that the earth will experience a global 'earthquake' that will shift the poles. BUT, add to that, the science of how all that release of energy will affect the brains/minds/perceptions of the people left behind, and there is no doubt people will 'see' everything from Angels, Demons to ALIENS & UFOs!! And don't think Satan won't use that! He and our corrupt government *suddenly thrust into a ONE WORLD entity by necessity and ruled by some 'hero' (the AC) who steps in/up to 'save the day'* will seize the chance to manipulate what people have experienced for their own agenda. Woe to those left behind.

The whole phrase 'great deception' infers that it will be a world wide phenomenon. *shudder*

I don't see it being very far off either.
