Kurt S Report from the 828 Rally-- A slap in the face

If this had been a liberal meeting or a Sharpton rally, the liberal media would have estimated the crowd to be in the millions.  I saw Sharpton trying to do his best to downgrade the rally and his answers were hollow and a bit silly.  He kept hammering on what Beck didn't say that he said he was going to say. Weak....weak....weak.  Poor ole Al lost the spotlight on this one.  He was also cautious to dance around comments about MLK's niece being one of the speakers at the Beck rally.

I also heard one media person say that there were tens of thousands of participants.  Hilarious!!  The guys on one of the liberal channels was spinning the event in every negative way they could think of, but like Sharpton, they looked silly.  Just imagine when this crowd and millions of others like them go to the polls in November.  It will be interesting to watch the liberals dis-belief and downplaying their losses as due to a "low voter turnout", etc. that they often use to explain their failure.

And yes, where are the real christian leaders who could be calling America back to God?  Probably doing telethons to beg and cry for money in order to maintain their fifedoms and mansions in the gated communities and their luxury cars and private jets. And yes, there is the tolerance issue that is sweeping the christian community that we musn't critize anyone or point out that certain lifestyles are sinful and will result in national punishment.  Nope.  Just live in your luxury, be tolerant of others, maybe all paths do lead to heaven and keep the dollars rolling in. Just maybe, God is having to use someone outside of the true church, like a mormon, to get the message out.
