"Dear love Reva--about your friends' marriage plans"

You write that you are upset about your  friend's plans to marry in the spring and have
a family.  Although your friend and her fiancee expect the rapture, they don't expect it
soon, and think they have time for marriage and family.

Let me tell you how I surmise this situation could work out.  I base my thoughts on some
things I have read at a wonderful website, GraceThruFaith, by Pastor Jack Kelley.  Jack's
teachings have been an immense help to me, clarifying many things.

Jack believes as we do that the rapture will be soon, probably at least by 2011.  But he thinks
it will happen when the "number" of the Lamb's Book of Life is full.  It will happen on whatever
day and hour that occurs, not necessarily on a feast day.

Now every time a woman conceives a child, she may have conceived a member of the Lamb's
Book of Life.  So an additional member brings us closer to the "full" state of the Book.

Thus, IF the rapture is not until after your friend marries, and if she conceives right after that, she
might have added to the Lamb's Book of Life.  If the rapture occurs before she marries in the spring,
then the Lord will have said, in effect, no need for one more conception; my Book is ready!

Last night I too was thinking about this.  Knowing that some of our Doves think the rapture will be in
the Fall of 2010, I thought well what of those babies conceived between now and then?  And I felt
the Lord answered me (I am not a frequent answeree of the Lord in this manner, although he often
speaks to me when I seek Bible verses to affirm what He thinks about a situation.)  He said, well,
if the rapture is on a day in 2010, say a month from now or so, if a child is conceived during that time
he/she is another member of my Book!  So worry not about that!  Be glad of that!

This may seem nit picking to some, but I believe the Lord accounts for all souls, whether they are born
yet or are showing forth His creation from the womb.

And of course I am among those women who believe there are a miscarried child waiting to surprise me
with her growth and beauty in Heaven, as she too is part of the Lamb's Book of Life.  She too will be
resurrected on that day!

On every day that passes before the rapture, too, more souls will join the Lord, adult souls as well as children.
The Lord told me to be confident that my son and his family will join the Book of Life imminently.  Perhaps that
will happen when my husband is resurrected, and he appears to my son and his family.  I too believe there could
be a two-stage resurrection/rapture, not knowing how long there is between resurrection of the dead and the rapture
of the newly resurrected and the living saints.  There could be some quick but decisive testimonies occurring during
that period, even if it's short!

Well, the Lord felt close to me last night, and He knew I really needed to talk and have Him talk back, because I
was pleading with Him to bring the rapture soon.  I always pray for the rapture, but it was urgent last night.  Like many
Doves, I am feeling urgency.  And He replied that many will be saved and added to the Book even if that time is short.
For He can do this in the twinkling of an eye.

And He gave me to believe that he wants us to  pray like this, with urgency, letting Him know how much we need him
and praise Him.  I asked what I could do to thank Him for coming, and He replied, Love Me.

Of course I already Love Him, but I realized He was emphasizing for right now that this is a paramount thing He wants,
at least from me personally.  I cannot give Him the perfect me he might have wanted when he created me, but He knows
how I became imperfect through Satan's onslaughts, and that the perfect me is yet to arise from the "ashes" of human
life.  So I need to concentrate now not on more repentance but indeed on that happy task of Loving Him.

I felt Him light a candle, actually two of them, in my heart...my love for Him, which will sustain me until that day.

So, Reva, no matter whether your friend conceives a child, every day advances us toward the fullness of the Lamb's
Book of Life.  She, and you, can be confident of that, and not worry!

Love,

Mariel
