Sept 2, 2010 Earl update for today
The hurricane Earl is carrying sustained winds of 145 MPH and gusts much stronger. This wind velocity and the size of the storm will create a major destructive path as it skids the coast on its way North. The graph that you see linked below will give an idea of where the hurricane will be going.
If the border of the eye just stays of the coast it will keep its source of heat, power and water going for a much longer period. The intensity right now is among the biggest hurricanes to have affected the USA.
This storm could devastate the communities that are within 60 miles away from the coast. These populations shelters are not designed to resist winds of hurricane intensity plus the amount of water that they are going to resist.
Within a hurricane of this size there are wind bands that stabilize the storm and that can have wind speeds on them more than 30 MPH over the sustained speed of 145 MPH. Anything in the path of these bands will get winds that can level a wood house. Make sure that you seek shelter in a strong building or evacuate the area. I personally inspected houses that were caught in these bands from hurricane Andrew. Thousands of houses were leveledor their roofs blown out.
The conference in Washington is starting today and the hurricane will be at their door. Listen people, God is giving us a message that He does not want this imposition on Israel! ignore it at your peril.
