I am a native of South Africa; born in Cape Town in 1941.
I remember way back in the fifties, my mother having a vision of a flame falling on Cape Town, and spreading throughout southern Africa.
Billy Graham's campaign never came to South Afica, becuase of APARTHEID.
I am retired and live far from Cape Town, but my own faith believes that ,knowing the people there, it is quite possible for such  an evangelical event could spark a chain reaction.
