Blessings Frank.
As you may know, I have lived north, east, west and now a little over 100 miles south of your present location in what would be considered central Washington state. And I would have to say that you are absolutely correct in discerning the presence of spiritual evil. Over the past few years I have come across multiple reports of recurrent UFO sightings over the past decades, predominantly in the Yakima area and South to the region of Mount Adams. I think I do recall one sighting closer to you around Lake Wenatchee. All of these sightings are in remote areas, presently Indian reservations or military bases. The Yakima Valley area has been inundated with crime and shootings that have been increasing every year. I've searched on the Internet and found that in 2009 the crime rate in Yakima itself was over 2 1/2 times that of the national average.
One Bible teacher I have read considers Washington State a spiritual picture of Washington, DC. Many of the news stories that occur in this state, are "signs" of what may happen in our national capital. Our state capital, Olympia, is a symbol of all the Greek gods displayed in Washington, DC.
I believe that what we are discerning, is that our nation and many of our so-called leaders are demonized, like our state.
