The marriage between the Lamb and the Bride has to happen first before the seals to be opened.
 
"They" who sung a new song in Revelation 5:9-10 are the Brides, for the Brides are the new transformed creatures
who enter New Jerusalem, receive new name, drink new wine, and sing a new song. 
So it clearly shows that they are in Heaven before the Lamb opens the seals in Revelation chapter 6.
 
According to Genesis 1:27-28, the Dominion was given by G-d to male and female (Adam and Eve).
 
However, the devil claims that the power was delivered unto him as it is written in Luke 4:6.
 
Thus in order to take the Dominion back and to judge, the both of Adam and Eve must be restored.
And the marriage between the Lamb and the Bride gives them the lawful right to take the Dominion back and to judge.
The marriage between Boaz and Ruth to redeem the inheritance is the perfect parable.
 
This is exactly what Apostle Paul taught in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 that the departure of the Bride has to happen first
before the wicked be revealed.
And the wicked will be revealed officially when the Lamb opens the first seal.
 
In addition, the Temple Mount is the microcosm of this world.
G-d liberated Jerusalem including the Temple Mount during 6 days war in 1967, yet the chosen people of disbelief and 
disobedience turned over the most sacred place to the enemy.
Thus the Liberation couldn't be completed in that Jubilee year, and it needs another Jubilee 50 years to be liberated.
The Liberation and the Restoration will be completed when Yeshua returns at the top of Mt.Olive with His ruling partners
(the Bride) on Rosh Hashanah, 2017.
