A small white vessel (off St.Augustine Beach, FL) looks tiny as it crosses part of a huge dark mass…Wednesday night the large mass had broken apart into smaller blobs that dot the coast all the way past Atlantic Beach. (30 miles away).
SO, if this is OIL, it is what the 1 million residents of Jacksonville have been breathing all week, as strong easterly winds associated with Hurricane Igor have blown any toxins it contains ashore.
