I do not think that you are alone in how you feel. 

There seems to be an “empty-ness” in the air – i.e. a quiet before the storm.  

I keep waiting for some big announcement, or some big “event” to happen.
 
I am so hoping that the Lord takes us home this fall - - - -
 
And yes, I am a bit sad that we are still here.
 
I was thinking this morning if there was any kind of book or materials that I could read that would describe what our new life will be like.  If we could focus on that, it might strengthen our hearts as we eagerly await our redemption.
