September 10, 2010
The
observed period of Rosh Hashanah has passed. Those who go by the first
viewable crescent of the moon have declared September 11th as Rosh
Hashanah.
I had maintained that it would be the observed
calendar, but the only hope remaining for the complete 2010-2017
paradigm is for September 11th to be the day of the Rapture.
One
of the issues is the start of the Tribulation on November 8, 2010. One
of the basis was that November 8th would have to coincide with Kislev
1. If we switch to a viewable crescent, this day would still remain
under the crescent system as Kislev 1 since the crescent should be
observable to coincide with the observed calendar.
The
midpoint of the Tribulation slated for April 20th would also not be
impacted by an observable crescent calendar since Firstfruits is the
morrow after the Sabbath.
In short notice, it looks like this is the last chance to preserve the paradigm...
For
those holding to the Christchurch earthquake significance, it would
still work. Noah was warned on the 10th of Heshvan with the Flood on
the 17th. Add 7 days to September 4th and we get September 11th.
Just one more day to watch...
But our hope will never be lost!
In Christ,
Daniel Matson
