"Jesus Coming at a Time we Don't Expect! Bright and Morning Star at 6pm??"

Hi Marilyn

I read your latest posting to John and the Doves about “The Rapture Door is about to Shut” and have a question about your reference to the Bright and Morning Star in this posting. http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/sep2010/marilyna913.htm

Hosea 6:3 says, "the LORD: HIS GOING FORTH IS PREPARED AS THE MORNING (maybe as the morning star); and HE SHALL COME UNTO US AS THE RAIN, as the latter (Nisan 1) and former rain (Tishri 1, Unger's Bible Dictionary, Calendar) unto the earth."

It looks like Jesus will come as the rain four times. He came as the former rain (TISHRI 1) at his First Advent. He will come as the latter rain (NISAN 1) at his Second Advent. I think he will come at the First Rapture as the first rain of the Bible (CHESHVAN 17), and at the Second Rapture as the former rain (TISHRI 1) just before the asteroids of Rev. 8:8-11 impact Earth on the Day of God's Wrath.

Rev 22:16 says, "I Jesus have sent mine angel (called the angel of the Lord in the Old Testament) to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root (YHWH) and the offspring of David (JESUS), and THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR."

My question is, could this appearance of the ‘bright and morning star’ (Saturn) actually appear in the evening, after 6pm, rather than the morning in our terms?

The reason I ask is that my thoughts were that a new day for the Hebrews starts 6pm the day before a new day in Gentile terms? Here in New Zealand (Napier) recently we have just had some incredible clear evenings with the deepest of blue twilight skies and a crisp slither of a new moon and a huge, bright star, as the only two things visible in the sky. Just breathtaking.

It seems so significant to me, and with the recent 7.0M earthquake we have had in the South Island, I am convinced the Lord provides us with more signs. Scripture says he comes at a time we do not expect and that is because we are gentiles not used to looking at the day before, in our terms. Should we be looking at 6pm or midnight the day before???

What do you think of this view?

Kind regards

Carl
