""THESE ARE THE LORD'S APPOINTED FEASTS" that means they belong to the Lord -  not the Jews"

Dear Doves,

Leviticus 23:4
"These are the Lord's appointed feasts, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times."
"This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come wherever you live."

The seven 'Feasts of the Lord' belong to the Lord. The Jews were given a continuing order (ie. "lasting ordinance") to commemorate them (ie. "proclaim at their appointed times") forever more (ie. "for the generations to come") without end.

Because these "appointed feasts" belong to the Lord, and He wants them to be a "lasting ordinance" for the "generations to come" they are just as important to Him today as they ever were.

After careful study of the specifics of each of the seven 'Feasts of the Lord' it seems to me that the prophecy of the 'Rapture' will be fulfillled on a future Pentecost; and the prophecy of the 'Wedding of the Lamb' in Heaven will be fulfilled on the "appointed time" of a future Feast of Trumpets.

The "appointed times" for the Lord's Feasts must just as important in Heaven as they are on earth.

Come Lord Jesus!
