But also interesting is the time elements with this. David Flynn has done amazing studies with how time and places and events on earth are all connected. He believes that the Antichrist began his "ministry" in 2009 which also began a 7 year countdown to the millenial temple dedication in 2017. Right in the middle is the iconic date of 2012 at which time he places the rapture.
 
I agree with what Randy has said about how I would welcome the rapture sooner than waiting until 2012 but that date is not as far off as it once sounded anymore is it...
