I know of nothing that could prod the emergency takeover being posted by a couple of sources faster than the House refusal to approve the $700,000,000,000 bailout of the system.

Evidently, it will happen as posted. A 777 point drop in the stock market is nothing to sneeze at. A friend wrote today from California saying his entire inheritance invested in stocks was "gone" although, they could of course rebound.. Sure..
