Thank you so much for your responses on Matt 24:28 and 444.

In Good News Bible translation the word ‘vultures’ appear for the first time in Gen 15:11 (Vultures came down on the bodies, but Abram drove them away). In Gen 15:17 (.. when it was dark, a smoking fire-pot and a flaming torch suddenly appeared and passed between the pieces of the animals). Verse 18 a covenant is made with Abram. The above is interesting because it more like parallels Matt 24:27, 28 which talk about vultures and lightning.
