Good morning Doves......please add these 2 prayer requests to your prayer lists:

1)  I saw a little 2 yr old when I took my mother to the doctor's office yesterday,  her name is Natalie.   She had the worst cold/breathing problem - she could hardly breathe,  her little breaths were so short.  They had just done an xray and were waiting for the results.    As  my mother and I were leaving  they were also leaving in a bit of a rush,  and we saw them turn into the hospital.  I had an opportunity to touch this little one and pray for her briefly.    Please pray for her healing.

2)  My husband has not had a doctor in many years,  just has never been one to go to the doctor for every little thing.   Well he retired in the spring and has had a few things going on and decided he may need to get a family doctor.   He also has had a drinking problem for some years.     From what he said,  this doctor is a really kind and compassionate person,  and evidently saw thru the facade that he has this problem,  but without arrogance and not wanting to embarrass him - he made some suggestions that he try to start reducing what he's drinking a little every few days.   He would not even do any blood work yet,  because he said the results would be tainted at this time and he couldn't really make any suggestions or prescriptions with tainted results.     Please pray that the Lord will help him  have the strength and courage to cut down and get through this so the doctor can continue to help him.   I really believe he wants to get free from this .  Please pray the Lord will help me thru this too and be a help for him at this time.    He has lost about 30 lbs in the last 6 - 9 months,   The doctor did tell him to get a couple of over the counter vitamins and wants him to come back in 2 weeks,  with making real headway in cutting down on his drinking so they can do some bloodwork to determine how he is really doing.
