With the moon being a type of the church, I can see how the church could disappear at the "new moon" of Trumpets. It literally can not be seen in the sky at night for a time - until that first sliver of the "new moon" is sighted. One day, the church will disappear and not be seen by the world and we will be like the "new moon" with NEW resurrected bodies.
