"Re Tony Ellsworth "Still
hope: Sabbath & Yom Kippur""
John and Doves,
I too had great hopes for the Feast of Trumpets/Rosh
Hoshanah on 13th/14th but alas it was not to be. I had had my hopes heightened
three days earlier in a negative way - we received a red Eviction Notice
in the mail on 9/11because we missed our rent payment by two days! (Because
of my two week trial and my workday lasting 11 or 12 hours the payment
had slipped my mind and at the time the notice and letter arrived my wife
was actually paying the rent anyway. They have a new lady 'in charge' who
has been instructed to get hard on late payers! Mmmm. I telephoned her
the next day and all seemed to be ok. ie no actual eviction. The occasional
late payment had not been a problem in the past.)
Anyway, I saw this red notice as a sign of imminent removal
as in rapture.
After reading Tony's letter I also noticed I had my calendar
marked for 9/22, Day of Atonement, which just happens to be 11 days after
the sixth anniversary of 9/11. Perhaps something else might also happen
on that day the 22nd which is of course 2 x 11. It is also 8 days after
Trumpets of 9/14, and , as Tony points out, a Sabbath day. Just a thought.
Now, my two weeks trial is up and I am being asked if
I want to buy the courier franchise for the area. Could you please pray
for me in this situation. Thanks.
Keep looking up.
Blessings,
Phil.
