The Lord is WAAAAAAAAAAAY too awesome!!!  Regarding the prayer request I sent to John for Friday morning posting:

I had to work an hour OT last night, so I called my boss at 10:20 last night to tell him I was going to come in an hour later this morning (which is Friday) instead of charging OT, because our A/C had gone out and I had to get some extra sleep.  Poor Richard stayed awake until 3 a.m.  He had searched the Internet and found an A/C company about 30 minutes or so from our house that is open 24/7.  He had talked to one of the guys about it, and they were going to call back as soon as they could find someone to send out to work on it (this was at 1:30 in the morning!)!  Richard waited until 3 a.m., no call, so he went to bed and konked out.  This morning, he called them back, and found out they had incorrectly written down his cell phone.  The lady told Richard they should be out to fix it between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.  She apologized for the incorrect cell phone number.  She said if he’d come out early morning (like 2 a.m.), it would have cost us $100 for the service call, but since it was during regular work hours, it would only cost us $59!  Meanwhile, Richard climbed up in our attic and lo and behold, there was the drain pan, filled to the brim, in which case it automatically cuts off the compressor, for obvious safety reasons!  As soon as Richard took the tubes out of the water, the compressor cut on, and the A/C began working great!!!  He called the lady back and told her, but asked her to send the man anyway, so he could check everything out, drain the water, check the Freon, etc.

My 12+ hours of OT for the past few weeks is really going to come in handy!  I asked His forgiveness for complaining at the time about the OT, and thanked Him profusely for providing the funds!
