Nature:  Shelly has some serious infections in four of her back teeth, which are causing her severe pain.  She and her husband, however, are extremely tight financially, and she can't even afford to pay the up-front money she needs in order to visit the oral surgeon her dentist referred her to.   Letting this go can be extremely dangerous!  Richard suggested she go to her regular doctor and be checked into the hospital for the surgery, but I'm not sure she even has the money to pay her regular doctor up front.  Please ask our Father to work this out for her very quickly, and if He feels so inclined, to just heal them without need for further medical care.  If He doesn't, to work it out where she can get the work done very quickly.
