Since we have moved through Rosh Hashanah, the "Days of Awe", and Yom Kippur, without question the main "Rapture Red Alert" for 2007 is over.Probably most important of all is that if Jesus fulfills the fall feasts in the same way that he fulfilled the spring feasts back at His first coming, then he would have to return around Rosh Hashanah in any given year for the Rapture. If this is true, then once again we would now be at least one year away from the Rapture, and possibly more years than that. So, are there any other possibilities? Yes.
In Matt. 24 we are told that "the days of the coming of the Son of Man would be JUST LIKE the days of Noah". In Noah's day there were not yet any Jewish people, and the Jewish feasts had not yet been given to Moses in Lev. 23. That would "free up" the Rapture to be on a non-feast day. Furthermore we are told later in that passage in Matt. 24 that "the Lord would come at SUCH AN HOUR AS YE EXPECT NOT". Serious students of Bible prophecy would expect the Rapture around Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets (at the last trump). Therefore, "such an hour as ye expect not" would be at another unexpected time.
Early in the morning on Friday, Sept. 23rd, I awoke just having had a vivid dream. I saw two large trees with all the leaves a brilliant yellow color. I noticed that none of the leaves had fallen off the trees. When my wife awoke minutes later I told her the dream. She was quite taken back. You see, moments before waking she too had had a dream. She saw a beautiful old home (she said like the queen of England would go to for a vacation) surrounded by a stone wall. There was a black iron gate that she was walking up to in the dream. She got to the gate and was about to open it, knowing that she was now "HOME". She told me that in the dream ALL OF THE TREES WERE AT PEAK FALL COLOR, WITH NONE OF THE LEAVES HAVING FALLEN YET OFF THE TREES. That is why she was taken back by the dream of mine that I had told her before she related her dream to me. Again, she said that this beautiful old house was "HOME"--she knew that she was HOME!
Personally I think we still have a chance for the Rapture to be this fall. Interestingly, the next new moon after Rosh Hashanah (Sept. 12-13), will be October 12-13, right around peak fall color here in Indiana (USA). The Rapture at that "unexpected" time would still allow the antichrist to come forth for a major Middle East peace covenant (Dan. 9:27) in November of this year! Remember the 30-30-30 years previous post that I had here at Five Doves. Although Pat Robertson's predictions at the first of every year have not been very accurate, I do remember him saying at the beginning of 2007 that he felt the Lord impressed upon him a cataclysmic event to occur in America AFTER Sept. in the fall of 2007. Again, remember that the Rapture in scripture is associated with "sudden destruction" occurring down on the earth almost at the same time the Rapture is happening.
Keep looking UP--it may not yet be over for a 2007 Rapture! Time will now tell!
