bin Laden says, "I invite you to embrace Islam."  He goes on to say:  "There are no taxes in Islam, but rather there is a limited Zakaat [alms] totaling 2.5 percent.”
 
If you have seen the pictures of the so called bin laden tapes....and compare the picture with the 2004 pictures, you will see that his beard once gray, is now  black.
His skin is sallow and he is puffed up....(from his kidney disease ...perhaps).
The propaganda  tape is questionable as far as authenticity is concerned.
 
Of course his hate rhetoric is the same....
